The associate works with adults to increase their potential for employment and independence through community participation. Responsibilities include developing individualized support plans, identifying employment opportunities, and coordinating transportation for individuals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with basic computer skills and effective communication abilities. A valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle is required, along with the ability to complete certifications in Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR.
