Facilitates curriculum-based therapeutic groups and provides essential meal monitoring and support for patients. Manages milieu safety through de-escalation, crisis management, and the implementation of individual behavior management plans.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or a related field with at least 6 to 18 months of experience depending on the level. A graduate degree or professional license is preferred for the level II position.

Schedule: Full Time - Three, 12-hour shifts per week, including alternating weekends
The Milieu Coordinator (MC I, MC II) facilitates therapeutic groups based on core curriculum. Provides meal monitoring and meal support. Offers milieu support, de-escalation and behavior coaching to patients in Inpatient/Residential and Partial Hospitalization programs. The MC may be required to work on-call shifts based on business needs, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.
