The Clinical Manager supervises counseling staff and provides leadership for the clinical team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. They are responsible for managing clinical operations, overseeing case files, and developing service strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in a mental health field and possess an active LCSW, LPC, or LMHC license. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with mood, anxiety, eating, or trauma-related disorders is required.
