Candidates must have a high school diploma, a Peer Specialist Certification, and lived experience with mental health or substance use recovery. Three years of supervisory experience, preferably in human services, is required.
NSCS is looking for a Peer Services Manager to join our team!. This individual reports to the Director of Recovery, the Peer Services Manager brings personal lived experience with mental health or substance use challenges to provide expert support. They supervise the Hope Center Coordinator and staff, oversee the ACCS Peer Coordinator and peer support specialist, and assist in agency-wide recovery initiatives. This individual serves as a representative at meetings, trainings, and community events, helping promote a recovery-focused approach across throughout the organization and communities NSCS serves.
Full-Time position Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
