The Activity Therapist provides expressive arts therapy, psychoeducational groups, and recreational activities for patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include performing initial assessments to develop treatment goals and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in a related field with a certification in a therapeutic modality, or a Bachelor's degree in recreational/expressive therapy with a specific certification such as CTRS, MT-BC, or ATR-BC.

Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems.
