Candidates must have prior construction experience and 5+ years of safety and health experience. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, along with relevant certifications like OSHA 500/510, is preferred.

This person will lead and support safety initiatives across multiple job sites. This role will work out of our Charlotte, NC office and will serve as a key resource to ensure compliance with safety regulations, provide field trainings, and foster a culture of safety throughout the construction process in our self-perform Concrete business. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and collaborative problem-solver who thrives in dynamic field environments.
