The Production Supervisor provides front-line leadership for a production team, focusing on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. They are responsible for scheduling, performance management, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer expectations.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in Lean environments and Six Sigma certification are highly preferred.
The Production Supervisor is responsible for front-line leadership in day-to-day operations of a designated production team including safety, quality, efficiencies and meeting customer expectations. Provides overall direction to production floor employees in the areas of production, scheduling, performance management, training and other related areas striving to improve overall operational efficiencies. Will work a 12 hour rotating shift with every other weekend off, 8p-8a.
