The Converting Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various converting machinery such as band saws and perforators to meet production schedules. They must also perform quality control checks, label finished goods, and prepare products for shipping.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer and math skills are required, along with the ability to work in high-temperature manufacturing environments.
