Visão Geral do Cargo: Atuar diretamente no plano de Manutenção, efetuar requisições de materiais avaliando fornecedores, controlando calibrações, aprovando laudos, abrindo ordem de serviços, auxiliando no controle de despesas e inspecionando peça adquiridas de terceiros.
1. Assegurar o cumprimento do planejamento de manutenção, acompanhando o andamento das atividades conforme o cronograma;
2. Distribuir as atividades internas do PCM bem como participar de reuniões à equipe da manutenção, elaborando ata de reunião e realizando follow-up dos trabalhos;
3. Elaborar relatórios e controle dos programas de manutenção, bem como atualizar indicadores de desempenho para garantir o cumprimento da estratégia de manutenção;
4. Realizar follow up de materiais, bem como auxiliar na elaboração das especificações técnicas, baseado em instruções e normas técnicas, para contratação de serviços de manutenção dos equipamentos;
5. Contribuir na elaboração, implantação e acompanhamento de ferramentas de confiabilidade e planejamento, controle de manutenção e relatórios gerenciais;
6. Efetuar a Gestão de Calibração e validação dos laudos de medições;
7. Auxiliar no monitoramento das despesas, provendo relatórios e apontamentos de suprimentos e serviços;
8. Inspecionar peças adquiridas de terceiros, através de medições baseadas nos desenhos, garantindo a qualidade do que é oferecido ao setor usuário;
9. Participar e liderar projetos de Melhoria Contínua;
10. Atualizar Indicadores de Performance (Perda de OEE, MTTR, MTBF, MDT, Setup);
11. Prestar suporte as áreas Produtivas (Plano de Manutenção e Controle) e de outras plantas do grupo;
12. Garantir a conclusão das pendências de Segurança e Qualidade (Se-Suit);
13. Acompanhar os Projetos de Ferramentas em Andamento.
