The Manufacturing Supervisor manages shift production to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals while fostering a high-performance team culture. They oversee daily operations, equipment maintenance, and employee performance to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in operations or production supervision, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role of the Manufacturing Supervisor is to manage shift production in achieving safety, quality, service, waste, productivity and culture goals. This will be achieved through providing strong leadership to the team and managing the systems, equipment, people, and materials according to the established policies, procedures, specifications, and customer requirements.
