The Guest Service Agent is responsible for managing guest arrival procedures, including check-in and room assignments using the Hilton PEP system. They also provide support for guest inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the guest's stay.
Candidates must have the ability to use computers and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An energetic personality and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends, are required.

We are currently looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team.
Guest Service team members are an integral part of delivering our Hilton guest service as they assist our guests in a variety of ways during their stay.
Guest Service Agents will assist guests with a warm welcome and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay. The Guest Service Agent completes guest arrival procedures, including guest check-in, room assignments, updating folio transactions in the Hilton PEP system and assisting guests with any other inquiries or needs that may arise.
This position requires shift availability for AM shift (7am-3pm) and PM shift (3pm until 11pm). Shifts are scheduled during weekdays and weekends.
