Summary

This individual must have a passion to serve and be flexible with the constant day to day activities that arise. He or she must be safety conscience, adaptable and provide local knowledge while operating water taxi vessel. They will be qualified, confident, and experienced in running a 26’, 24 passenger, 7 ton, inboard, launch style water taxi within Lake Boca, the ICW and around heavy vessel traffic.
Essential Functions
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
Internal Relationships
Reports to Dockmaster and works alongside Assistant Dockmaster.
External Relationships
Has regular contact with with guests and members of the resort, GM of Beachclub, GM of Yacht Club, GM of Tower Hotel.

Physical Requirements
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
