The Operations Manager facilitates daily shelter operations, including intake, bed assignments, and the delivery of program services. They are also responsible for supervising facility maintenance, cleaning staff, and ensuring the overall safety and security of the facility.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience in a social services setting. Required certifications include security and Fire Safety (F-80), the latter of which must be obtained within three months of hire.

The Operations Manager is responsible for facilitating daily shelter operations.
