The Specialist Category Fresh provides training and coaching for department-specific merchandising programs and task skills. They are responsible for conducting quality checks during store visits and ensuring adherence to food safety and regulatory requirements.
Candidates need a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of SAP and store operations. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are required to manage multiple projects and training programs.

The Specialist Category Fresh will provide training and on-going coaching for department-specific merchandising programs and task skills.
