The Senior Baker leads the production of artisan breads and pastries while mentoring junior staff to ensure high quality and freshness. They are also responsible for managing daily baking operations, inventory, and maintaining strict food safety standards.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of baking experience in a commercial or artisan setting. Proven leadership skills and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 22 kg are required.

Your Role as Senior Baker
As a Senior Baker at COBS Bread, you will take a lead role in ensuring the production of high-quality artisan breads and baked goods. You will mentor and support junior bakers, manage daily baking operations, and uphold the company’s standards for freshness and customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced baker passionate about quality and teamwork.
