Bakers are responsible for preparing artisan breads and treats from scratch by following recipes and managing oven processes. They also maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a baking setting or commercial kitchen. The role requires the ability to work early morning shifts and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
