As a Field Sales Associate (FSA) at Boston Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional accounts under the guidance of the Region Sales Manager. Working closely with Territory Managers, you’ll help maintain market share across existing accounts while delivering exceptional service and clinical support. This includes conducting in-services and assisting with training initiatives to elevate the team’s performance and customer experience.

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $66,000 to $81,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
