Candidates must have at least three years of manufacturing supervisory experience and a strong mechanical aptitude. An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with proficiency in Lean manufacturing practices and Microsoft Office software.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. This hands-on leader develops employees, solves production challenges, drives operational performance, and works collaboratively across departments to meet customer expectations. Success in this role requires sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
