The Regional Manager oversees the performance, operations, and leadership development of multiple studio locations within an assigned region. They serve as the primary liaison between studio management and the corporate office while driving revenue growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail, service, or fitness sales management. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with strong leadership and analytical skills.
