AECO:The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Lead high-visibility software implementations from initial project planning to seamless delivery and final customer handoff.
Partner with Implementation Specialists and Consultants to drive cross-functional alignment, manage schedules, and track key milestones.
Translate customer requirements and Statements of Work into dynamic, actionable execution plans.
Build collaborative relationships with customer operational teams, serving as a trusted contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1+ years of project management, implementation, or customer success experience paired with a relevant Bachelor's degree (or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience).
Strong command of core project management frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile and PMBOK.
Proven capability to manage and align remote project teams within a matrixed corporate environment.
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction with a passion for driving end-to-end operational success.
Bonus Points For:
1-2 years of experience within a professional services or consulting firm.
Direct experience managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations.
Familiarity with standard accounting concepts, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
Background or domain knowledge in the construction industry.
