Position Overview The University of North Texas at Dallas invites applications for the position of Director of Undergraduate Recruitment Initiatives. Under the direct supervision of the Assistant VP for Enrollment Management and Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions, the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment Initiatives is an integral leader with responsibilities related to directing, developing, and managing undergraduate student recruitment functions and operations. The Director will serve as a key liaison with internal and external partners while providing supervision of freshman and transfer Admission Counselors through strategic leadership. The Director is accountable for successful execution of data-driven recruitment strategies and initiatives to achieve the University's enrollment goals. |
