Requires one year of experience in both customer service and security, preferably within luxury property management or hospitality. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

We are seeking an Overnight Front Gate Associate for our Marquee Park Place association located in Irvine, CA.
Schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday, 11pm-730am
Compensation: $21 per hour
Job Summary
The purpose of a Front Gate Associate will provide a constant security presence inside of the gatehouse and respond as necessary to the needs of the property. Front Gate Associate are responsible for ensuring that access is controlled, the HOA’s rules are being followed and the property is well maintained. Front Gate Associates must at all times display a professional appearance and speak in a polite manner and clear tone, including answering telephones or addressing people who have approached the gatehouse.
