Candidates need at least 5 years of progressive revenue management experience, including 3 years as a Director for a hotel or multi-property group. Proficiency in Opera PMS, IDeaS, iHotelier, and advanced Microsoft Office skills are required.

As an Area Director of Revenue Management, you’ll shape the revenue management and distribution strategy for multiple Makeready properties aligning insights with each hotel’s unique identity. You’ll lead forecasting, pricing, and inventory optimization while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to bring our business goals to life.
