Candidates must have at least 5 years of cost management experience and 7+ years in both change order and sub-contractor cost management. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required, or 8 years of equivalent experience plus 7 years of relevant experience.

The Cost Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all cost-related aspects of the project. This includes estimating costs, budgeting, and ensuring that the project remains on budget throughout its lifecycle. The Cost Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents and Subcontractors to ensure accurate cost reporting and control.
Cost Manager Required Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in cost management
7+ years' experience in change order management
7+ years' experience in sub-contractor cost management
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 7 years prior relevant experience
