We are seeking an experienced Piping Superintendent to lead field teams and support projects across Kiewit’s Industrial District, overseeing piping installation and construction activities on self-performed projects. In this role, you will provide daily supervision, coaching, and training to craft personnel, while conducting regular inspections to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will serve as a key liaison between construction teams, subcontractors, and equipment vendors, coordinating activities and resolving issues that arise in the field. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and close collaboration with engineering teams to address complex piping and construction challenges, particularly within heavy industrial environments such as refineries, petrochemical facilities, and manufacturing plants.
You should be comfortable managing fast-paced, high-impact field operations and navigating challenging jobsite conditions. Our team goes where the work is, so flexibility and a willingness to travel to project locations across the United States are essential.
