You will attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of strategic Tier-1 and Tier-2 clients while leading account planning and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will oversee global client relationship management, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and effective financial performance.
You must have proven experience in client relationship management within professional services or B2B environments, including expertise in managing SLAs, KPIs, and financial metrics. Strong commercial acumen, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to business development are essential for this role.
