Manage complex corporate secretarial matters, including governance, regulatory compliance, and entity lifecycle activities for the Private Client team. Coordinate board meetings, draft minutes, and maintain strong relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
Requires several years of experience in the Trust & Corporate industry with a strong understanding of AML and compliance requirements. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

THIS ROLE
A senior-level corporate secretarial role responsible for managing complex governance and corporate activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and supporting the delivery of high-quality client service within the Private Client team
