The Customer Content Strategy Manager will coordinate the creation and execution of customer-aligned content and messaging strategies. This role is responsible for translating customer strategy into clear messaging hierarchies, defining content priorities by segment, and developing guidance for creative storytelling through vignettes and campaign assets.
