Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate tax department or large public accounting firm. Proficiency in CorpTax and tax research tools is essential, while a Master's in Taxation or CPA is preferred.

As the Manager, International Tax, you will work collaboratively with the Business and Finance teams throughout the year to ensure tax consequences of all transactions are well understood and that the related tax reporting is completed in an optimal manner. You will prepare/review the international component of the U.S. tax provision/returns, optimize processes and assist in tax planning projects.
