Drive the prioritization and roadmap of platform capabilities — including customer account services, order lifecycle, content and product catalog, and personalization infrastructure.
Translate customer needs into product requirements and ensure delivery of high-performance, resilient, and scalable systems.
Leverage experimentation and data to define the success metrics for features and uncover trends and patterns.

Experience delivering large-scale commerce platforms and order management systems.
Experience with content management, personalization systems, or recommendation engines.
Exposure to experimentation platforms and performance optimization.
Experience working with machine learning or applied science teams.
