Candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent experience and at least 3 years of experience in consumer or secured lending. Proficiency in collections compliance, loan servicing platforms, and MS Office is required, with bilingual Spanish skills considered a plus.

These roles works to resolve account balances through professional customer contact, documentation review, claim tracking, repossession coordination, payment arrangements, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
