The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants while maintaining high occupancy rates. They handle leasing paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and resolve resident maintenance or administrative issues.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of property management experience and strong sales and customer service skills. Professional etiquette and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential requirements.

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our beautiful property Bristol at Sunset Apartments in Henderson, NV!
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.
