The Leasing Consultant is responsible for maintaining high occupancy by greeting prospective residents and utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques. They also handle lease preparation, rental data entry, and resolve resident maintenance issues and complaints.
Candidates should ideally have one year of property management experience and possess excellent sales and customer service skills. Professional etiquette and the ability to work effectively in a team setting are essential.

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for a beautiful property located in Portland, OR!
This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, while utilizing professional sales and marketing techniques, and solid customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property.
