The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests, performing appliance repairs, and maintaining the grounds and common areas of the apartment community. They are also expected to handle apartment turnovers and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance and proficiency in various trades including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. A customer service-oriented attitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a team environment are required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
