Oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at the Dylan Point Loma community, including diagnosing issues and delegating tasks. Manage maintenance staff, resident service requests, and ensure the execution of preventive maintenance schedules.
Requires at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor and experience managing properties with at least 150 units. Candidates must be proficient in all trades, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, Dylan Point Loma, in San Diego, CA.
As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:
