The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance, appliance repairs, and apartment turnovers at the property. They are also responsible for cleaning common areas, grounds, and responding to emergency maintenance calls.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance and proficiency in various trades including plumbing and electrical. A customer service-oriented attitude, reliable transportation, and availability for on-call rotations are required.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Platform Urban Apartments, located in San Jose, CA!
The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
