The Placement Specialist implements Individual Program Plans through intake, assessment, job training, and coaching for participants. Additionally, the role focuses on business development by identifying and maintaining employer accounts to secure employment opportunities.
A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of sales or marketing experience and a valid driver's license.
The Placement Specialist implements all aspects of the Individual Program Plan (IPP), including intake, assessment, goal development, job training, job placement, job coaching, and required documentation. This role also develops and maintains employer and commercial business accounts for Entrusts products, services, and staffing operations. The Placement Specialist ensures compliance with agency philosophy, accreditation standards, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

A reasonable estimate of base hourly rate of pay for this role ranges between $21.42 and $26.04. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
