The Regional Director of Operations will be responsible for 13 to 17 locations in the Northeast. Community Veterinary Partners manages Veterinary Hospitals within the eastern United States. SKILLSMS Office and Prior knowledge of Veterinary Practice Management Software is preferred. PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of years education, training and years of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. A minimum of Eight (8) years of Veterinary Practice/Management experience, preferably with three (3) years or more in multi-location management in a service industry role. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible to recruit, manage and develop the skills of the assigned Practice Managers within assigned region. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS |
This is a high-travel (primarily by car) position in the Northeast. |
