The CQI Coordinator is responsible for ensuring program standards, managing quality improvement meetings, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. They also provide direct clinical support, including treatment planning, individual and group counseling, and discharge coordination.
Candidates must hold a valid CDCA certification or LSW license in Ohio and possess at least one year of clinical or internship experience. Proficiency in addiction treatment models, crisis intervention, and clinical documentation is required.

Employee must possess at a minimum a valid certification under the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or licensed under the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
Employee must be able to obtain an NPI (National Provider Identifier) number.
At least one year of clinical / internship experience working with vulnerable populations such as forensic and substance abuse disordered clients.
Employee must possess addiction and treatment knowledge, which includes, but is not limited to knowledge of evidenced based models of treatment modalities, crisis intervention, case management, recovery and 12 step principles, relapse prevention and continuing care for addiction for clients.
Must have knowledge and uphold Board ethics policies, which includes, but is not limited to client boundaries.
Must be CPR / First Aid certified or in the process of obtaining.
