Develops scalable delivery processes that promote predictability, transparency, quality, and efficient execution.
Collaborates with functional leaders to resolve cross-team issues, organizational impediments, and competing priorities impacting delivery outcomes.
Builds strong partnerships with internal stakeholders while ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Consistently acts according to our customer experience standards, including responding quickly, maintaining a positive attitude, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing customer expectations, using the appropriate communication channel for the situation, and taking ownership to ensure customer issues are resolved.
