If you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment and are passionate about building resilient supply chains, driving results, and leading teams through change, we'd love to hear from you.

QualificationsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, materials, or operations management within a manufacturing environment. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role spanning multiple supply chain disciplines (purchasing, logistics, planning, etc.). Proven track record in production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory optimization in high-mix or high-volume settings. Demonstrated ability to improve on-time delivery, supplier performance, and total cost efficiency. Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and analytical tools; ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration across departments and levels. Strategic thinker with strong execution capability in dynamic operational environments.
Preferences
APICS/ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification strongly preferred. Experience within injection molding, assembly, or other discrete manufacturing environments a plus. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional supply chain transformations or implementing advanced S&OP/ERP planning processes preferred.
