A Brief Overview
The Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for analyzing potential improvements to logistics operations and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. This role partners with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for automation, streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. The analyst also supports logistics-related projects and change management efforts to ensure sustainable improvements.

Physical Demands: Manufacturing and Logistics
This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery. Employees may also engage in bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Work is conducted in an environment with frequent exposure to noise, artificial lighting, and limited natural light.
