Senior Community Care of Michigan PACE is a community of Volunteers of America National Services, a subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization. Proudly Great Place to Work® Certified for 8 consecutive years.
Salary Range: $61,700 - $69,600 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm, on call as needed
This position requires some travel to transport participants to appointments in the tri-county area.
The Transportation Director is responsible for the transportation program, including transport of residents/participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other transportation as deemed necessary. Responsible for hiring, training and supervision of all drivers and dispatchers. Oversees vehicle repairs and maintenance. Responsible for meeting departmental budget goals.
