The Grocery Backroom Coordinator is responsible for efficiently stocking shelves with grocery products and maintaining an organized backroom environment. They must pull backstock, dispose of waste, and work collaboratively with leadership to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods. The role requires the ability to follow processes, use basic technology, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, with using the correct location codes provided on the box, put the stock in the correct location on the shelf and repeat this process until the assigned area is finished.At Meijer, we’re more than a retailer.
