The Team Leader in the Housekeeping Department is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control are maintained throughout the hospital. This role involves leading by example, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the hospitals quality standards. The Team Leader also assists with administrative tasks and collaborates with the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to enhance departmental operations.
