Manage the day-to-day operations of a DashMart distribution center, including leading a team of shift leads and associates. Responsible for maintaining quality metrics, managing labor budgets, and executing process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
Requires 3+ years of leadership experience in high-volume operations and a proven track record of managing teams of 10+ employees. Candidates must be analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess a college degree or equivalent professional experience.
DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, offering customers household essentials and other items to their doorsteps with speed, reliability, and quality.
In this role, you’ll manage a 5-15k sq ft distribution center, the local warehouse operating team, and be responsible for ensuring we maintain high quality for our customers.
We expect this position to be filled by 9/13/2026.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
