Overview
The Staffing Specialist must demonstrate knowledge in Federal Staffing experience, specifically utilizing USA Staffing system.
Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.
Responsibilities
Full range of Federal Civilian staffing and placement duties
Determine assessment methods
Develop job analyses
Build vacany announcements in USA Staffing system
Assess candidate qualifications
Issue Referral lists
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3-5 years Federal Civilian Staffing
Public Trust Clearance
USA Staffing system
Experience/demonstrates thorough knowledge of laws, statutes, and regulations of Title 5
Ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience with Federal reduction in force and workforce reshaping efforts
Experience in applying 5 C.F.R. Part 351.
Certifications
