As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of tailored software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software performance and scalability with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing and optimizing workflows and integrations specific to human resource service delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality assurance, including code reviews and automated testing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
