What would you do? Ensure employee and workforce data is accurate, complete, and updated in HR systems. Employee transactions such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits while following company policies and SLAs. verify data quality, maintain confidentiality of employee information, resolve data discrepancies, and coordinate with HR, payroll, and business teams when required. Generate reports, support audits, and continuously look for ways to improve process efficiency while maintaining high accuracy and compliance."

Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, sorting, filtering) HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Data analysis and reporting MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Data management and quality checks Business communication (written and verbal English)
Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee/workforce data accurately in HR systems. Process employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, leave updates, and exits. Verify data for accuracy and completeness before processing. Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and security standards. Resolve employee data discrepancies and coordinate with HR, payroll, or other teams when necessary. Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation related to workforce data. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality targets, and productivity metrics. Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity. Respond to employee and stakeholder queries within the defined turnaround time. Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.Any Graduation
