This role will be critical in driving end‑to‑end coordination of bench resource management, with a strong focus on governance, quality, and timelines. Request you to go through the responsibilities outlined below and confirm your readiness to take on this role basis which we can connect on the next steps of onboarding.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Interview Coordination (End‑to‑End):
Ensuring timely scheduling, follow‑ups, and closure of internal/client interviews for bench resources in alignment with defined SLAs.
Feedback Management & Quality:
Driving structured, complete, and actionable feedback for all bench resources, ensuring no gaps in data required for redeployment decisions (Interview feedback & Bench release feedback).
Feedback Outcomes & Actioning:
Consolidating feedback, identifying skill gaps, and ensuring clear next steps (selection, rejection, or L&D/HR interventions) are captured and acted upon.
L&D Alignment:
Working closely with L&D / RMG to identify training needs for bench resources based on feedback and mapping them to relevant upskilling tracks.
Bench Sheet Management & Review:
Reviewing the bench tracker with high accuracy, ensuring data completeness across skills, availability, feedback, and interview status by coordinating with IMU RMG POCs.
Automation Activities:
Coordinating with the ServiceNow team and supporting automation-related initiatives and activities.
Working Model & Expectations
Given the global nature of coordination, overlap with US working hours will be required to ensure seamless stakeholder alignment and responsiveness.
Regular work timings can be considered as 11am to 8pm. Flexibility in working hours is expected based on business requirements, interview schedules, and stakeholder availability.
Work from office will be required as per business/team needs especially for collaboration, governance reviews, or critical coordination activities.
