The Lighthouse ABA is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA services for a young child (early elementary age) in the Smithfield/Selma, NC area.
Case Overview:
Client is a young child with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis
Presentation includes sensory sensitivities, impulsivity, and safety-awareness needs that require a BT with hands-on experience managing these behaviors
What We're Looking For:
Active RBT certification (or in-progress with plan to complete)
Prior direct experience working with young children on the autism spectrum, particularly with sensory-related and safety-related behavior support
Comfortable implementing a BIP under BCBA supervision
Reliable transportation to the Smithfield/Selma area
Strong communication skills with families and the clinical team
