The unit secretary supports the nursing unit by managing patient medical records and performing essential clerical duties. They also facilitate communication between departments, physicians, and patients while assisting in emergency situations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a secretarial certification course or equivalent experience. Proficiency in transcribing orders and strong organizational skills are required for this role.
